By sending payment for a beat produced by 5sins, the buyer ("Licensee") agrees to be fully bound by these terms. No separate signature is required — payment constitutes acceptance.

1 Mandatory Credit

Every release using a licensed beat must credit the producer as 5sins 5sins in all metadata, streaming platform credits, and liner notes. This applies to all license tiers without exception.

DistroKid format: Enter 5sins as both first and last name in the producer field.

2 Producer Tag

The audio producer tag embedded in the beat must not be removed, muted, or altered under any circumstances, regardless of license tier or payment amount.

3 License Types

Non-Exclusive — The beat may be licensed to multiple buyers simultaneously. No exclusive rights are granted.

Exclusive — Once issued and full payment confirmed, 5sins will not sell the same beat to any additional parties. Exclusivity is effective only after full payment has cleared.

Unlimited / Stems — Governed by specific terms agreed upon at time of sale.

4 Non-Transferable

This license is granted solely to the named Licensee and may not be transferred, sublicensed, resold, or gifted to any third party. Any unauthorized use by a third party constitutes a breach of this agreement.

5 Revocation

5sins reserves the right to revoke this license immediately and without refund in the event of:

(a) non-payment, chargeback, or disputed transaction
(b) removal or alteration of producer credit or producer tag
(c) unauthorized transfer of the license to a third party
(d) use of the beat in content that is unlawful, defamatory, or hateful

A revoked license is flagged as invalid in the verification database. Any continued use after revocation constitutes unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

6 Ownership & Copyright

5sins retains full copyright and ownership of the underlying instrumental at all times. This agreement grants a limited license to use the beat — it does not transfer ownership. The Licensee owns their recorded performance layered over the beat.

7 Proof of Purchase

Upon payment, the Licensee receives a .beatseal file containing a SHA-256 cryptographic fingerprint of all sale details. This file, together with the matching database record, constitutes proof of purchase. Any modification to the file invalidates its authenticity and voids the license.

Acceptance: By completing payment, the Licensee confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above. This agreement is entered into voluntarily and is legally binding upon payment.
